The European Union may take measures on Thursday to impose sanctions on people responsible for provoking the violent clashes in Ukraine, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius told the Europe-1 radio station.
“There are plans to introduce targeted sanctions this afternoon against those who are responsible for this violence,” he said.
