Russian gas giant Gazprom has decided not to continue extending its gas price discount for Ukraine starting next month, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller said during a Tuesday meeting with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in Moscow.

“In conditions where Ukraine is not meeting its obligations, not
fulfilling the agreements reached with the signing of the amendment to
the contract that provides the discount, Gazprom has decided not to
extend the discount starting at the beginning of next month,” Miller
said.
