You're reading: Germany doesn’t rule out ‘Normandy Quartet’ meeting in Berlin in May

BERLIN – Foreign chiefs of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France could meet in Berlin in May to discuss a situation in the south-east of Ukraine and the ways to reach peace there, German Foreign Ministry's Spokesman Martin Schaefer said.

Schaefer said May 11 is a proper date.

However, according to him, the date will be set only after all parties have given their consent.
