Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada Speaker, Volodymyr Hroisman, has said that he is ready to take the post of the Ukrainian prime minister if his candidacy is backed by the factions of the parliamentary coalition.
“If the factions of the coalition choose to consider my candidacy in terms of the possible transfer to the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers, then I will be ready to assume the responsibility and secure the basic positions in the operation of the executive authority,” he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on March 24.
