The Facebook and vkontakte accounts of UDAR leader Vitali Klitschko have been hacked, the party's press service reported on Friday.

“Literally one hour after I wrote my last post on Facebook and called on everyone to come to the Maidan today, my account was broken into and dirty lies and nonsense were posted on it. Then they broke into my vkontakte account as well,” Klitschko said on Friday.

UDAR said the hacking began on Friday morning, when false information reports were disseminated on behalf of the UDAR press service and parliamentarians.

UDAR says there is a smear campaign going on between its leader, who is a real rival to the current president. The party said that “such dirty methods will not help the authorities get rid of its opponents and win in 2015.”
