The cabinet of ministers is planning to convert Bank Kyiv into a postal bank, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said during today’s 3rd All-Ukrainian Postal Workers Forum. “Kyiv Bank is working well. It has a system but lacks a serious branch network. During our next meeting I think the government will review the proposal to turn this bank into a postal bank that will be part of Ukrposhta,” Tymoshenko said.
