DONETSK - An OSCE mission, members of the Joint Coordination Center for Ceasefire Monitoring (JCCC) and the defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people's republic (DPR) have arrived in the village of Kominternove in the Donetsk region to assess the situation and document possible violations, an Interfax correspondent reported from the scene.

“A group of OSCE SMM (Special Monitoring Mission) monitors, a mirror patrol, is also working on the other side of the line of contact,” Eduard Basurin, a deputy corps commander of the DPR army, told journalists.
