“The Justice Ministry has registered the Samopomich Party. Now we’re officially working, and introducing to Ukrainian politics the ideas of Christian morality and common sense. I convey greetings and wishes of fruitful cooperation to our friends who, so imbued with the ideas of Samopomich, also decided to form a party with the same name,” he wrote.
The mayor called for the creation of the Samopomich Party in October 2012, and on December 17 the documents were submitted to the Justice Ministry for registration. At the same time, on December 21, 2012, the ministry registered the Samopomich Party to which Sadovy has no relation. According to the register, its founders are residents of Kyiv, and its legal address is also registered in Kyiv.
