U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said Thursday that all parties involved in the conflict in Ukraine should refrain from violence and provocative actions.
Participants in the Geneva talks have agreed that all parties to the
conflict in Ukraine should refrain from violence, intimidation and
provocation, Kerry said following negotiations among representatives of
the United States, the European Union, Russia and Ukraine.
