PARIS – Russia may choose between further sanctions against it or deciding on the measures to implement Minsk Agreements on Donbas, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said.
Following a meeting with French, German, and UK foreign chiefs in Paris, Kerry said sanctions were devastating for the Russian economy.
The head of the EU diplomacy Federica Mogherini also attended the meeting, where the parties discussed the situation in Syria, Yemen, Libya, and Ukraine.
