A large-scale advertising campaign in Ukraine ahead of the Euro 2012 European Football Championship will begin from September 1, 2011, Deputy Prime Minister and Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov has said.
[The campaign] starts on September 1," he said at a meeting with Ukrainian journalists in Kyiv on Friday.Kolesnikov said that the advertising of Ukraine, as a Euro 2012 host country, apart from the "Switch on Ukraine" video, would include five or six more similar clips that will be broadcast on major international and Ukrainian TV channels.
He said that other media outlets – newspapers, online media, radio, etc – would also be involved in the campaign.
