Ukraine's first president Leonid Kravchuk believes that it is necessary to initiate setting up a new international format to return controls over the whole territory of Donbas and Crimea to Ukraine.
“I propose the initiate of setting up a new international mechanism to release the occupied territory of Donbas and return Crimea. President (of Ukraine Petro) Poroshenko has started this process, called it “Geneva+.” But this is only the beginning. This should be the public, organizations, the civil society, we all need to act here,” he said on the air of the Shuster Live political talk show on Friday night.
