Russia hopes that Kyiv's response measures will manifest themselves in a quieter situation in Ukraine, said Kremlin chief of staff Sergei Ivanov.
“We hope for peace and reconciliation,” Ivanov said when asked what
response measures Russia expects Ukraine to make following submission of
President Vladimir Putin’s letter to the Federation Council requesting
revocation of the resolution allowing Russian forces use in Ukraine.
