The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office is investigating the attack carried out by unknown armed people at two posts in Donetsk region - in Dobropillia district and near Sloviansk - which killed three Ukrainian servicemen and injured nine.
The crime has been listed in a single registry of pre-trial investigations under the Ukrainian Criminal Code Article 258 Part 3 (terrorist attack), the Prosecutor General’s Office press office said on May 27.
After all initial investigative proceedings were held, the criminal cases were transferred to the Ukrainian Security Service department in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions for further probing.
