“At the today’s meeting of the humanitarian subgroup in Minsk, where I and Medvedchuk (leader of the Ukrainian Choice public movement) represent the Ukrainian side, we have put forward an initiative to free the hostages: we have passed to some districts of the Donetsk region a list of 25 Ukrainians, who need first medical aid, who have been kept in prison for a long time and have health problems so that they will be freed as quickly as possible. For this the Ukrainian side is ready to hand over 50 people, who have been searched for by representatives of some districts in the Donetsk region,” Gerashchenko wrote on Facebook on April 20.
