You're reading: Lavrov: Four ministers to keep working on Ukrainian crisis formulations

Berlin - The foreign ministers of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine have agreed to continue their dialogue within days, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

“We have agreed to continue the dialogue within days on every issue – the ceasefire task, humanitarian aid deliveries, more efficient border control and conditions for the launch of the political process – in order to arrive at mutually acceptable formulations,” Lavrov told reporters on Aug. 18.

He said the Four would discuss the possibility of a written document amongst other issues.

“We do not have formulations as of yet. We will have a working discussion with yesterday’s interlocutors within days about a possibility to put down some agreements on paper and will report the results to the chiefs of state. And after the report to the chiefs of state is made, we will decide in which format our work may continue,” Lavrov said.
