Participants of the multi-party meeting in Geneva have supported the beginning of a nation-wide dialog in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
“It has been emphasized that this dialog should involve all Ukrainian regions and all groups,” Lavrov said.
