Moscow – Ukraine and Russian have not reached agreements on delineation of the border in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

“We haven’t got a final agreement on the issue yet. I am sure that the interests of both the Russian Federation and Ukraine will be completely satisfied,” he said at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) on September 1.

The diplomat noted that Kyiv and Moscow are still in talks on the problem and they haven’t reached any agreements on it, in particular the sides have been trying to settle the problem of the ownership of Tuzla Island for many years.

“Unfortunately, we haven’t signed anything yet,” the minister said.
