Foreign Minister of Lithuania Linas Linkevicius has said he condemns all provocateurs who are wrecking the prospects for a dialogue to settle the crisis in Ukraine.
“The stand-off in Kyiv must end. Condemn all provocateurs, they push the prospects of a dialogue further away,” he wrote in Twitter, commenting the present situation in Ukraine.
