Director of UEFA Euro 2012 in Ukraine Markiyan Lubkivsky has said that it is almost impossible to forge tickets for Euro 2012 matches.

"The ticket has several degrees of protection, and it is virtually impossible to forge it," he told reporters at the presentation of the design of the ticket for Euro 2012 matches in Kyiv on Monday, Apr. 23.

Lubkivsky said that the ticket design meets the traditions of holding championships. At the same time, tickets for matches in Poland and Ukraine have certain national elements.

The tournament director said that all hundred friends of Euro 2012 would each receive two tickets for Euro 2012 matches.

He also noted that there were some cases in Ukraine of the forging of tickets for Euro 2012 matches. Lubkivsky advised everybody not to respond to an offer to buy tickets that can appear and are appearing on the Internet, as such tickets could be counterfeit.
