The head of the parliament of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), Oleksiy Kariakyn, has said that Luhansk-based separatists ceased fire before June 27.

“An agreement has been reached during a consultative meeting in
Donetsk that any military operations and movement of armored vehicles
and live force will cease before 10 a.m. June 27,” Kariakyn told a press
conference on June 24.

“Our side did not open fire – we honestly honor our agreements. We
also canceled military operations. But we can see that our adversary is
not honoring the conditions that were stipulated. Today, an armed attack
was carried out against the village of Pryvillia, a power substation
demolished at the Pryvilnianska coal mine, a woman was killed and many
civilians injured – the strike was carried out primarily against
civilian infrastructure and businesses,” Kariakyn said.

“To achieve peace we have started swapping prisoners. Yesterday we
handed one prisoner over to the Ukrainian side, and are hoping for
action in response,” Kariakyn added.
