You're reading: Lytvyn sees over Hr 1.1 million in income in 2011, according to declaration

The total income of Ukrainian Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn for 2011 came to Hr 1.149 million, according to his declaration on income posted on the parliament's Web site.

Lytvyn’s salary was Hr 286,000, income from research and scholastic work and author’s emoluments came to Hr 401,000, and interests on bank deposits was Hr 461,000.

The income of his wife Tetiana came to Hr 41,000.

The speaker’s family has an apartment of 259.8 square meters. He owns a land plot of 4,698 square meters, a Toyota Landcruiser made in 2008 (engine of 5,663 cubic centimeters), a GAZ 21 made in 1962 (2,445 cubic centimeters) and a garage of 18 square meters.

His wife owns a land plot of 9.56 hectares which was inherited, a country house of 277.2 square meters, a slipway of 314.8 square meters and a non-residential building of 25.5 square meters. She also leases a land plot of 0.0614 hectares. She has Chrysler Cruiser made in 2007 (2,429 cubic centimeters).

The sum of funds on Lytvyn’s accounts amounts to Hr 4.32 million, his wife deposits Hr 749,000. Their expenditure to maintain property totaled Hr 64,000.
