Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said the agreements between Russia and Ukraine, which are binding, have not been reversed yet and ordered practical work on the issue of building a bridge over the Kerch Strait.

“Ukraine has always been and will remain an important trade and
economic partner to us, and the government should work on these issues.
We are following the developments closely,” Medvedev said during a
meeting with his deputies.

“However, we have decisions that are binding, specifically, the
documents that were signed in Dec. 2013, which no one has changed or
reversed,” he said.

Among these documents Medvedev mentioned the documents on the project to build a transport corridor over the Kerch Strait.
