Ukrainian ministries located in two blocks between the House of Trade Unions and the Kyiv City Administration in Khreschatyk occupied by protesters on Sunday operate as usual, Ukraine news agency Interfax-Ukraine was told by their press services.

“We function as usual. Everyone is at work. The minister is in his
office,” Interfax was told at the Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry
located at 24 Khreschatyk Street.

Meanwhile, at the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry at 30,
Khreschatyk Street Interfax-Ukraine was told that it also functions as
usual and there have been no instructions about changing working hours.

“Everything is normal. People are coming to work unhindered,” press secretary of the minister Marina Salimova said.

The central post office a column of which still carries writings of
protesters since the days of the 2004 “orange revolution” also operates
without restrictions. “We are working as we used to. Everyone came to
work, the office is operating,” Interfax-Ukraine was told.

At the National Bank standing across the street in Bankova which saw
the must stubborn clashes on Sunday Interfax-Ukraine was told that the
bank functions as unusual and no special instructions or resolutions
were adopted.

A bank employee wrote on Facebook that there were fewer people at the
bank on Dec. 2 morning than usual but the agency does not have any
official confirmation of that.
