NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has stated that the North Atlantic Treaty Organization still has no information on the withdrawal of Russian troops from the border with Ukraine.

“I have very good eyesight, but we do not see any signs of withdrawal,” Rasmussen wrote in Twitter.

“If we would have had the visible evidence of the significant withdrawal of troops from the border with Ukraine, I’d be the first one to welcome this step,” the NATO secretary general said.

Recently Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that Russia had withdrawn troops from the Ukrainian border to the places of permanent exercises.
