The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has revoked the license for money transfer in the national currency without opening accounts from IT Finance LLC, a payment organization of the 24nonStop payment system excluded from the register, the regulator reported on its website.

“The license was revoked due to IT Finance’s failure to remove the reasons for which previously it was applied measures of influence for the violation of Ukrainian legislation regulating remittance, as well as in connection with the repeated violation of money transfer legislation,” the NBU said.

As reported, the NBU excluded the 24nonStop national payment system from the register of payment systems in connection with the company’s violating the previous NBU decision dated Dec. 30, 2015 on the termination of money transfer within the system.
