Foreign Minister of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara believes that Ukraine made certain success in resolving “frozen conflicts” during its OSCE presidency.
“We will be active till the end of the year and get involved in resolving so-called “frozen conflicts.” Even when you look at the map, you see that Ukraine is surrounded by this kind of conflicts,” the minister told Interfax-Ukraine in an interview analyzing the results of Ukraine’s half-year OSCE presidency.
