One Luhansk resident was killed and another ten were wounded in attacks on the city in the past 24 hours, the press service for the Luhansk City Council has reported.

“A civilian was killed and ten Luhansk residents were wounded in the
continual attacks on the city. Emergency services were called 91 times
in the past 24 hours,” the report says.

According to the city council, some territories and buildings in the
city, specifically, the building of Children’s Hospital 2, the territory
of Luhansk City Hospital №1, and the building of the Luhansk region’s
philharmonic, were attacked by artillery.

Over 50,000 people in Luhansk were left without power in the past 24
hours as a result of damage done to the infrastructure by the military
actions.

Over 5,000 people were left without water supplies and sewage and some 4,000 Luhansk residents were left without gas.
