“Taking into account the situation in the capital, executives agree
that the financing issue could be settled no earlier than December 20
and the facility will be commissioned on January 20,” the press service
said.

Kostiuk said that today due to the absence of the second tunnel on
the Poshtova Square traffic jams on the section between Naberezhne Shose
and Naberezhno-Khreschatytska Street are appearing

“We’re making everything to gather a budget commission and allocate Hr 10 million, as stipulated in the economic development program, and
the remaining Hr 20 million will be asked for from the government,”
Kostiuk said.

Earlier, on November 22, Minister of Regional Development,

the state fully fulfilled its duties and paid Hr 150 million foreseen

Deputy Head of Kyiv City Administration Kuchuk said that UAH 50
million is required to finish the work, which will allow the opening of
the second tunnel on the Poshtova Square to traffic, and the authorities
of Kyiv are to allocate the funds. Hr 123 million is required to
finish the reconstruction project.

The building of Kyiv City Administration was seized by protesters on December 1.
