Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine Alexander Hug has arrived in the town of Debaltseve, an Interfax correspondent reports from the scene.
During his trip to Debaltseve, Hug will visit several social sector facilities, a school, a hospital, a kindergarten and City Hall, where he will meet with the mayor of Debaltseve. Hug will also speak to local residents.
