HORLIVKA – A delegation of the OSCE SMM led by Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug has arrived in Horlivka for humanitarian and security monitoring.
The OSCE SMM has long been preparing to expand its presence on the contact line, and an outpost will open in Horlivka on Dec. 9, Hug told reporters.
He said earlier that Donetsk and Horlivka remained Donbas ‘hotbeds’.
