Representatives of the U.S.-based non-governmental organization Freedom House are scheduled to visit Lukyanivsky detention facility in Kyiv on April 2, where they are to meet with former Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko, the press service of Ukraine's State Penitentiary Service has reported.
Representatives of the organization will inspect the conditions of the inmates at the detention center, its medical facilities, and will have an opportunity to meet with Lutsenko according to a permission provided by the Court of Appeal of Kyiv to the detention facility’s management, the press service said.
