Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, who is currently on an official visit to Japan, has conversed with Ukrainian military pilot Nadia Savchenko through Ukrainian Consul General to Rostov-on-Don Vitaliy Moskalenko, the Ukrainian presidential press service reported.
“Petro Poroshenko conveyed his words of support to Nadia Savchenko through the consul general and informed her of the latest steps that have been taken to secure her liberation,” it said.
