Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko commented on his Sloviansk trip on Tuesday, July 8.
“The city finally has power supply. I tasked the local authorities to reconstruct homes and to repair water and gas mains,” the president wrote on Facebook early on Wednesday morning, July 9.
“We must do our utmost to restore a peaceful life in the city freed from bandits and to help it feel the government’s support. Ukraine is united,” the president added.
