Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has approved an action plan to implement in 2012 the provisions of the strategy for the state personnel policy for 2012-2020.
A respective decree was signed on Friday, the presidential press service reported.
The Cabinet of Ministers should ensure the implementation of the action plan.
The presidential personnel reserve “The New Elite of the Nation” should be formed during the year.
In addition, the program envisages the preparation of proposals to optimize a list of jobs under which specialists are trained in higher educational establishments in accordance with the strategic objectives of the national environmental policy.
The president also expects the prestige of blue-collar jobs to be improved through career guidance for young people.
