Supporters of Ukraine's federalization and gunmen without insignia have seized six armored vehicles that participated in an anti-terrorist operation in Kramatorsk, the Donetsk-based OstroV online newspaper has reported, citing its own reporter in the city.

According to the newspaper, activists with St. George ribbons initially surrounded the armored vehicles and blocked their movement.

“Then, well-equipped gunmen in camouflage, popularly known as ‘little green men,’ came to help the separatists. Together they disarmed the armored vehicles and drove them towards the village of Ivanivka,” reads the report.

At the same time, there has currently been no official confirmation of the incident from the law enforcement agencies.

Earlier media reports said that armored vehicles with Ukrainian flags entered the streets of Kramatorsk. Some local residents tried to block their movement. Two helicopters were also flying over the town.
