Halfway through Ukraine's presidential vote count, preliminary figures suggest that Petro Poroshenko could win without a runoff. Ukraine's Central Election Commission said on May 26 that Poroshenko had garnered almost 54 percent of the vote with ballots from half of the precincts tallied.
