The 15th annual Sea Breeze naval exercises are underway on the Black Sea. Co-hosted by the Ukrainian and U.S. navies, the drills include personnel from 13 nations including Britain, Turkey, Romania and Georgia. Participating forces are practicing amphibious landings, on-board firefighting, anti-submarine warfare, search and rescue, and other missions.
