The presence of only ten Russian paratroopers in Ukraine is documented and there are no other Russian military personnel there, Russian envoy to the OSCE Andrei Kelin said.
“The only military personnel whose presence there has been documented are ten paratroopers, one of whom was badly wounded, who accidentally crossed the Ukrainian border in an un-demarcated place and were taken prisoner by the Ukrainian military,” he told Rossiya-24.
