MINSK - At a Contact Group meeting in Minsk, Luhansk and Kyiv have agreed on another prisoner exchange on Feb. 26, said Martin Sajdik, who represents the Organization for Security and Co-operation for Europe (OSCE) in the Group.

Yet another release is scheduled for this Friday, Feb. 26: eight people are to be released by the Ukrainian authorities and four by the Luhansk militants, he said.

Ten people were already released on Feb. 20 when Kyiv exchanged six of its captives for four captives released by Donetsk, Sajdik recalled.
