The Ukrainian Security Service says pro-Russian activists in Donetsk Oblast's Sloviansk are holding some 40 people.

“According to our information, some forty people are now held in
Sloviansk,” Maryna Ostapenko, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Security
Service, told a briefing in Kyiv on April 28.

These people are OSCE officials and Ukrainian Security Service
officers, she said, adding that the pro-Russian activists have not set
any conditions for their release yet.
