Seven people killed as a result of explosion at Luhansk regional state administration, CXID.info online edition reported referring to director of healthcare department of Luhansk regional state administration Pavlo Malysh.
Malysh reported that eight persons have been hospitalized.
“They are in a grave condition. Many injured with shrapnel wounds,” the report said.
