Shots were heard in the area of the Donetsk airport as of Friday afternoon, July 25 and residents have reported explosions in the area of the nearby cities of Maryinka and Krasnohorivka.
“The pump station of the Donetsk chemical plant (Sofiyska Street) was
left without power as a result of the fighting in the Kuibyshevsky
district as of noon, which led to a halt of the water supply in the
first and second administrative districts,” the Donetsk mayor’s office
said in a report.
Trains arrive in Donetsk and leave the city on all tracks. Delays of
trains are possible. The Zakhidny bus station remains closed.
