Ukraine’s Communist Party says that next month it plans to start the collection of signatures to hold a nation-wide referendum on Ukraine’s joining the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.The Communist Party leader Pyotr Simonenko believes that his country’s choice regarding the accession to the European Union (EU) or the Customs Union (CU) must be made by the Ukrainian people.
