Three civilians were killed in Luhansk in the past 24 hours, the Luhansk City Council has reported on its Web site.

“Emergency services were called 145 times in the past 24 hours. Three
civilians were reportedly killed and ten people were wounded in the
fighting,” the Luhansk City Council reported on its Web site on
Wednesday, July 23.

Twenty objects were damaged in the fighting, the report says.

“The continuing artillery shooting on the city caused damage to the
city’s infrastructure. The Dymytriv substations and the Lenin plant were
damaged. Parts of the Leninsky district and the Zhovtnevy and the
Kamianobridsky districts were cut off from power supply. Work is no
being done to repair the infrastructure,” the report says.
