Turkish Parliament on March 8 approved an agreement with Ukraine to connect its railway network with shipping lines on either side of the Black Sea, in an effort to boost Turkey’s trade with Ukraine and other Eastern European countries.

The combined transport agreement was signed by Turkey and Ukraine on Jan. 25 of last year and adopted by Turkish parliament on March 8.
