Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade intends to cancel certification of petroleum products, satisfying technical regulations requirements for motor petrol, diesel fuel, and fuel oil.
A relevant draft order has been posted on the authority’s website.
After the order comes into force, only aviation fuel and fuel containing more than 7% of biodiesel will be subject to certification.
In addition, certification will be required for petrol and diesel fuel produced at PJSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia facilities (in particular, Shebelynka gas refinery) until January 10, 2015 (as the produced fuel does not meet technical regulations requirements and its production is allowed only until this date).
