Brussels - The latest Minsk agreements for Ukraine inspire hope but this is not enough, European Council President Donald Tusk told reporters in Brussels on Feb. 12
He welcomed that event and said it was inspiring but hope alone is not enough.
Given the circumstances, it is of paramount importance to fulfill the ceasefire agreement for eastern Ukraine, Tusk underlined.
He also said that one should be careful offering opinions on this situation.
