The bodies of two more victims of the Ivolga boat capsizing was found in the Black Sea on Oct. 31, two weeks after the tragedy.

The death toll of the tragedy has grown to 19 people.

Ivolga passenger boat capsized in the Black Sea off the shore of Zatoka city in Odesa Oblast on Oct. 17. The capacity of the boat allowed only 12 people, but it carried over 30.

The boat was coming back from a fishing trip when a big wave overturned it 300 meters away from the shore. It had an inflatable lifeboat that could only carry up to 12 people.

Initially, only 14 bodies were found. The death toll has been rising since then as more and more bodies were recovered.

The captain of the boat is under investigation for ignoring safety rules which led to the deaths.
