A civilian and two Ukrainian servicemen suffered injuries in an attack on Stanytsa Luhanska by use of mortars, grenade launchers and small arms, the regional military-civilian administration said.

“A local resident and two Ukrainian servicemen were injured in a shell hit. A power line was ruptured, and three sections of a low-pressure gas pipeline and one section of a medium-pressure gas pipeline were damaged. Gas supply did not stop: the pipelines were bandaged,” deputy head of the Luhansk regional military-civilian administration Yuriy Klymenko said.

According to the administration, the shelling incident occurred on August 24.
